How to do a Wall Sit
- First, you need to find a hard wall(not glass).
- Once you have found you’re wall you need to lay your back flat on it as if you were sitting in a real chair.
- When you’ve got your back on the wall spread your feet 30cm apart and keep your feet approximately 30cm from the wall your leaning on.
- Rest your arms on your lap and hold your position.
You can do this as much as you like and for as long as you like.
